Receptionist (Full & Part-Time)

The receptionist at our dealership is, effectively, the face of our business. They will greet customers upon arrival, along with conversing with customers on the phone, through email and messages. The receptionist will also work in all departments to ensure that proper communication is in effect and that customers are directed to the appropriate department.

Accounting Clerk

An Accounting Clerk works with customers to collect and document customer payment information, aligned with payments needed for the dealership. This person will excel at fine-detail work, able to consistently meet deadlines and is a professional when dealing with numbers and administrative tasks.

Senior Accounting Clerk

The Senior Accounting Clerk is in charge of the overall accounting records and receipts of the dealership. They will do so through in-depth bookkeeping, record-keeping and preparation and maintenance of all records revolving around the finances of the business. This job also may include training and overseeing staff, as well as scheduling and training.

Jr. Controller

A Junior Controller will aid in the work done by the Controller, helping to manage and handle all of the accounting operations done by the dealership. This could be anything from procuring financial reports to properly maintaining accounting data and records. They will also assist in budget management, financial regulation and more. Junior Controllers should know how to use general accounting software, as well as being very well organized with attention to detail on every task.


The Controller of a dealership will lead the business practices, including financial planning, proper budget control and general accounting. This position demands someone who is incredibly organized and excels with fine details. Dealing with the overall finances of a dealership is, obviously, a very important job, perfect for those who like to problem solve and are dedicated to upholding the proper ethical standards for a business to run.
